Regalia Bella Terra offers an impressive mix of features designed for comfort, connection, and convenience—including the only indoor basketball court offered at any apartment community in Katy. Residents also enjoy a two-level fitness center, resort-style pool with shaded outdoor cabanas, a putting green, outdoor grilling stations, a resident lounge with a coffee machine, modern co-working spaces, and a business center with complimentary WiFi.

Yes — multiple co-working lounges and a fully equipped business center are available for residents.

Application fees are normally $75 per person with a $150 administrative fee.  Please call the Leasing Office for any special offers on the Application and Administrative fees. Security Deposits are $200 for 1-bedroom units, $400 for 2-bedroom units, and $600 for 3-bedroom units.

Rent includes full access to community amenities. There’s an additional $50 convenience package that includes Renter Liability Waiver, Valet Trash, and Pest Control.

Many of our homes come with attached garages. However, we have detached garages that are available for rent.

Yes! Detached garages are available for rent to residents on a first-come, first-served basis. Having a detached garage gives you secure, covered parking and extra space beyond what is included with your apartment. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and monthly pricing.

Yes — we offer rentable storage units for residents who need extra space for belongings, seasonal items, or anything that doesn’t quite fit in the apartment. Storage availability is limited, so we encourage interested residents to inquire early. Contact our leasing team to check availability and rates.
